Are you feeling inspired?

Do you often feel inspired? And are you able to act on that inspiration?

Inspiration is equally available to everyone. Unfortunately, not everyone is open to it, and even fewer are able to act on their inspiration. Life interferes, routine dominates, fear pops up, and the spark of inspiration dims.

Being inspired is a precious gift, and acting on that inspiration brings such joy. Whether it's starting a new business, embarking on a brave adventure, or something as simple as sitting down to make a drawing, inspiration is sacred.

Taking inspired action doesn't always have to be big. You can start by taking small steps. It can be as simple as breathing in and making the sound of the moment. You can take that quite literally, as "inspire" comes from the Latin word for breathing. When an in-breath is followed by a vocal tone, you are in fact engaging in the most fundamental form of inspired action.

A student in the Vocal Sound Healing Training shared how she was getting overwhelmed by fear related to starting her own business. Vocal Sound Healing allowed her to get to the root of her fears. Through a "Journey to the Core," she was able to find out what was underneath her fear. Once knowing the purpose of that fear and the original "drive" behind it, the fear went away by itself.

Are there thoughts or feelings stopping you from acting on your inspiration? For most, it’s emotional driftwood lingering just below the surface of the subconscious. These unattended and often blocked energies can profoundly influence your daily life, from causing specific reactions to producing uncontrolled and unwanted thoughts to consuming large portions of your life force.

Vocal sounds will not only help identify and acknowledge these unattended feelings but also express and liberate them. Yes, the practice is that powerful and accessible. It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, without the need for special tools or environments, offering immediate benefits such as a calmer mind, deeper meditations, and the freedom to act on your inspiration.

Powerful and beautiful stuff.
